Anduin is a freely available research tool designed for segmenting vertebrae in CT scans. Developed at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) School of Medicine, Anduin was released under CC-BY-SA 4.0 as part of the ERC proof-of-concept grant. You can upload your NifTi file onto the TUM servers and download the processed results.
The creators of Anduin have since incorporated bonescreen GmbH and extensively enhanced the underlying algorithms and workflows, culminating in spineR. spineR boasts improved segmentation accuracy, faster processing times, and enhanced stability. It can be executed securely on your computer with just one command, without any data transfers to external servers
